Right to cancel online purchase orders.
Purchases made via the site
www.pmpbike.net are subject to the rules set out in the Legal Decree D.Lgs n. 206 of 2005, which regulates remote contracting, ie. purchases that are made without physically having access to a commercial store. The customer shall have the right to cancel his online purchase order without penalty and without specifying his reasons, within a period of ten working days from the registration of the order. The communication of the intention to cancel the purchase order must be sent by registered mail and can be communicated in advance by fax, telegram, telex or electronic mail, provided that it is confirmed by registered mail within 48 hours at the latest.
However, the period for the restitution of the goods shall not be less than ten working days, with effect from the date of receiving the goods. In terms of the expiry date for the return of goods, it shall be taken into account the exact date when the goods are physically presented at the post office or to the freight forwarder (transportation service provider).
The integrity of the goods (ie. totally undamaged) to be returned is an essential pre-condition for the execution of the right of cancellation.
The only expenses owed by the customer for the exercise of the right of cancellation shall be the direct expenses of restitution of the goods to the sender.
The reimbursement shall be free of charge, within the shortest possible time and in any case within thirty days from the date on which PMP s.r.l. has been made aware of the execution of the right of cancellation of an online order by the customer.

- original invoice (including the following: order reference, invoice reference, customer reference)
- in case of partial cancellation in addition to the invoice, the reference of individual objects/products/articles must be communicated
- contact data for the reimbursement procedure (account bearer, bank name & code, account number etc.)

PMP s.r.l. refuses any liability that may result from the choice of a product on the basis of photos and/or text descriptions which are given on its web site. PMP s.r.l. therefore asks the customer to physically view samples of its products at an authorized retailer’s store.
Disputes, Jurisdiction, Applicable Law and competent Court.
Any dispute related to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the contracts of online purchases through the site
www.pmpbike.net shall be submitted to the Italian courts.
These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes in respect of the contracts regulated by these Conditions of Sale, or whatsoever connected to them shall however, will be exclusively submitted to the Court in Bergamo.
