Information with respect to Art. 13 of the Legal Decree D.lgs. 196/2003

We wish to inform you that the Legal Decree D.lgs. n.196, dated June 2003 Law with respect to protection of personal data (here-after referred to as “the Decree”) guarantees the protection of persons and other subjects in relation to their personal data.

In accordance with the Decree, any data processing will be subject to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of discretion and rights.


In that context, we provide you with the information as foreseen by clause 13 of the Decree:

1. Data provided by you will be processed for the following purposes:

• Execution of fiscal and accounting purposes
• Processing of client data base (contracts, orders, shipments and invoicing)
• Processing of supplier data base (contracts, orders, shipments and invoicing)
• Phone and mail based sales
• Online or telephone sales
• Publicity/advertising
• Monitoring of client satisfaction

2. The processing will be performed by means of:

• Name of the bank data, Clients, mixed processing
• Name of the bank data, Suppliers, mixed processing

3. The data transfer is:

• Mandatory

4. The possible refusal to provide such data:

• This may cause the entire or partial invalidation of the contract execution.

5. The data will be subject to the following communication and transmission:

• Category of parties
• Potential clients
• Clients and customers
• Agents and representatives
• Suppliers
• Dealers

8. The party’s Rights

Following a written request and at any time, the party (the user of www.pmpbike.net) may exercise its rights pursuant to Art.7 of the Decree, and, in particular, the right to access to his/her personal data and to request the holder or the person responsible of the data processing to amend, update and cancel any part of it.

In particular this may concern:

a) finalities and formalities of the processing which the data are destined to;

b) mandatory or optional nature of the data transfer;

c) consequences of a possible refusal to provide the data;

d) subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated or to whom they can come to knowledge, and the circle of diffusion of the data;

e) its rights as per article 7 of the Decree;

f) identification data of the data processor;

and by consequence grants:
